Plutus Trade Base Affiliate Program Terms of Service

1. Introduction
   This document outlines the terms and conditions (Terms of Service) for the Affiliate Program of Plutus Trade Base (“the Company”), a property of Triple Edge Group LTD. The Company offers proprietary trading account challenges, which are marketed and sold through our Affiliates.

   2. Eligibility and Enrollment
   To become an Affiliate, applicants must register via the Company’s website, meet all specified eligibility criteria, and be approved by the Company. Upon acceptance, Affiliates will receive a unique referral link and, based on their rank, may also receive a dedicated coupon code.

   3. Affiliate Obligations
   Upon acceptance into the Plutus Trade Base Affiliate Program, each Affiliate agrees to adhere to the following obligations:

• 3.1. General Compliance
• 3.1.1 Affiliates confirm they have carefully read this Agreement and are eligible to fulfill its obligations.
• 3.1.2 Affiliates declare they are neither employees nor contractors of Plutus Trade Base or any affiliated entities within our group, where contractors are defined as individuals providing non-affiliate related services such as customer support or IT services.
• 3.2. Platform Usage

• 3.2.1 Affiliates must ensure they have a legitimate entitlement to use the platforms where they display the Affiliate link.
• 3.2.2 Platforms used by affiliates must not distribute content that contravenes legal or moral norms, exhibits discrimination, or endorses competing services.

• 3.3. Marketing Practices

• 3.3.1 Affiliates must maintain the credibility of their platforms and ensure that the use of Affiliate links does not damage Plutus Trade Base’s reputation.
•  3.3.2 Affiliates are required to disclose all platforms where the Affiliate link is posted if requested by Plutus Trade Base and must comply with any directives to cease use of certain platforms.

• 3.4. Prohibited Practices

•  3.4.1 Affiliates are prohibited from impersonating Plutus Trade Base or giving the impression that they are officially representing the company.
•  3.4.2 The use of aggressive marketing techniques such as PPC advertising on keywords directly related to ‘Plutus Trade Base’ or its variations is strictly prohibited.

• 3.5. Intellectual Property and Confidentiality

•  3.5.1 Affiliates are not authorized to use Plutus Trade Base’s intellectual property unless explicitly allowed under this Agreement.
• 3.5.2 Affiliates must avoid any conflicts of interest and are obliged to notify Plutus Trade Base of any potential conflicts.

• 3.6. Indemnification

• 3.6.1 If an affiliate breaches any terms of this agreement, they must indemnify Plutus Trade Base, its affiliates, and associated parties against any third-party claims or legal actions alleging infringement or violations due to the Affiliate’s actions. This includes covering all related damages and legal expenses.

•  3.7. Additional Prohibitions

• 3.7.1 Affiliates are prohibited from trading from accounts referred by themselves.
•  3.7.2 Creating or participating in social media groups that could be confused with official Plutus Trade Base entities is forbidden.
• 3.7.3 Affiliates must not engage in defamation or any actions that could cause reputational harm to Plutus Trade Base.

4. Affiliate Dashboard

Upon approval into the Affiliate Program, each Affiliate will be granted access to a personal

affiliate dashboard. This dashboard provides tools to:

•  4.1 View and Track:
  Monitor the performance of referral links, including clicks, conversions, and other metrics.

• 4.2 Monitor Earnings:
  View detailed records of earned commissions, pending payments, and payment histories.
• 4.3 Update Information:
  Manage personal and payment information to facilitate transactions and communications.
• 4.4 Access Resources:
  Access promotional materials and performance reports to enhance marketing efforts.
• 4.5 Payout Requests:
  Affiliates can initiate payout requests directly from their dashboard. This section allows affiliates to:

• 4.5.1 Submit Requests: Request the transfer of their earned commissions once they meet the minimum threshold.
• 4.5.2 Track Payout Status: View the status of their payout requests, including submitted, processed, and completed stages.
• 4.5.3 Review Payout History: Access a history of all past payout requests and their outcomes to maintain clear financial records.

The dashboard is designed to help Affiliates manage their participation in the program

effectively, with regular updates to improve functionality and usability.

5. Commission Structure

Commissions are earned based on the number of clients referred and the Affiliate’s rank:

• Rank 1 (Basic): Earn 10% commission for referring between 0-100 clients.
• Rank 2 (Member): Earn 25% commission for referring between 100-1,000 clients.

• Rank 3 (Pro): Earn 30% commission for referring between 1,000-5,000 clients.

• Rank 4 (Plutus): Earn 35% commission for referring more than 5,000 clients.

6. Affiliate Reward and Payment Terms

• 6.1 Reward Conditions:
  An Affiliate earns a commission when all the following conditions are met:

• • 6.1.1 A visitor clicks the Affiliate’s link, redirecting them to the Company’s website.
  •  6.1.2 The visitor consents to marketing cookies.
  •  6.1.3 The visitor registers an account on the Company’s website within 90 days of their first visit via the Affiliate’s link, using active browser cookies.
• 6.1.4 The visitor makes their first payment and is successfully registered as a referral, becoming a Customer.
• 6.1.5 The Customer’s agreement for the product or service is not terminated within eight days of its completion.
•  6.2 Commission Approval
  
  Commissions enter a pending state once all conditions in 5.1 are met and are approved after eight days unless the Customer has initiated a refund.
• 6.3 Non-Payment Conditions

Commissions are not paid if:

•  6.3.1 The visitor refuses cookie use.
• 6.3.2 The visitor uses a different browser to create an account than the one used to access via the Affiliate link.
• 6.3.3 An account is set up more than 90 days after the initial visit.
• 6.3.4 Cookies are deleted or deactivated before account creation.
• 6.3.5 A refund is requested by the Customer.

• 6.4 Promotion Restrictions

Affiliates are not entitled to commissions for merely sharing the Affiliate link; a qualifying purchase must be made by a referred Customer.

• 6.5 Commission Withdrawal
• 6.5.1 Affiliates may request payouts of their commissions at any time, with no restrictions on the frequency or number of requests per month.
• 6.5.2 The ‘Request Payment’ function on the affiliate platform is available to Affiliates once the minimum threshold of $50 is met and all other eligibility criteria specified on the platform are satisfied.
• 6.5.3 Once a payout request is submitted, it will be processed and completed within 48 hours, allowing affiliates quick access to their earnings.

•  6.6 Transaction Fees and Payment Methods

• 6.6.1 Each payout is subject to a 5% transaction fee, which covers all associated handling and processing costs.

• 6.7 Eligibility for Commission Withdrawal
  
  Affiliates must meet detailed eligibility criteria specified on the affiliate platform to initiate a commission withdrawal.

7. Benefits and Privileges

Affiliates receive benefits based on their rank, including:

• Rank 2: 40% discount on resets for their own accounts.

• Rank 3: 80% discount on resets, up to 40% community discount codes.

• Rank 4: 90% discount on resets, up to 60% community discount codes, and lifetime referrals on repeat purchases by clients.

Rank 3 and Rank 4: Affiliates who achieve Rank 3 or Rank 4 are eligible to apply for a

dedicated live trading room channel on the Company’s Discord server. Once approved, these

dedicated channels can be used for conducting podcasts, educational courses, and live

streaming of trading activities, allowing affiliates to engage and educate their community more

Effectively.

8. Intellectual Property

Affiliates are granted a non-exclusive, revocable right to use the Company’s trademarks and

logos strictly for promotional purposes as outlined in these Terms.

9. Confidentiality

Affiliates agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information they access and to

not disclose such information without the Company’s prior written consent.

10. Termination and Modification

The Company reserves the right to terminate the Affiliate’s participation in the Program with

cause at any time. These Terms may be updated by the Company, and Affiliates will be notified

of such changes.

• 10.1 Modifications to the Agreement
  The Company may modify any terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time at its sole discretion. Changes will become effective immediately upon posting on the Company’s affiliate platform or sending them directly to Affiliates. Affiliates’ continued participation in the Affiliate Program following any modification constitutes their acceptance of these modifications.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for the Affiliate Program, the Affiliate explicitly agrees to all terms and conditions

set forth in this Agreement. This includes any updates or modifications made to the Agreement

during their participation in the Program.

12. Law and Jurisdiction

• 12.1 All legal matters arising from or related to this Agreement will be governed by the laws of the European Union (EU). Any disputes that arise in connection with this Agreement or any associated agreements will be resolved in the courts located in the region where Plutus Trade Base’s main office is registered.
• 12.2 We aim to promptly address any grievances, ensuring a resolution within a maximum of 30 days. Should a complaint not be resolved within this timeframe, you are entitled to terminate the agreement. Complaints can be submitted via our designated contact method.

13. Final Provisions

• 13.1 If any part of these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, a new section that closely matches the intent of the original will replace it. The invalidity of one part will not impact the rest of these Terms and Conditions.
• 13.2 Plutus Trade Base reserves the right to transfer any claims under this Agreement to another party without requiring the Affiliate’s permission. Conversely, the Affiliate may not transfer any rights, responsibilities, or monetary claims from this Agreement to another party without prior written consent from Plutus Trade Base.
• 13.3 In cases where the Affiliate is a natural person, Plutus Trade Base will process their personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• 13.4 This Agreement, including these Terms and Conditions, represents the complete and exclusive agreement between the Affiliate and Plutus Trade Base, superseding all prior agreements, understandings, and arrangements related to the same matter.
• 13.5 The parties agree that this contract may be executed electronically, which holds the same legal validity as if executed on paper.
• 13.6 These Terms and Conditions come into force on the date the Affiliate agrees to them, typically marked by registration or electronic signature.
