I recently joined PTB and my experience has been very positive. The sign-up and evaluation process was smooth, and their trading platform is stable with fast execution. Customer support has been responsive whenever I had questions, which is a big plus.
Since I’m still in the early stages, I haven’t reached a payout yet, but based on their clear rules and professionalism so far, I’m optimistic. If they continue delivering on withdrawals as promised, this could be one of the best prop firms out there. Definitely worth trying!

I opened a 100K lightening account with PTB recently, using tradelocker for the first time i was interested to see what was on offer.
I executed a trade on BTC, my intention was 1 unit however the system executed 10 units instead due to their leverage which i couldnt find anywhere on their website.
Immediately as the trade executed, it was negative $2,500 USD and within seconds it hit the max drawdown for the account resulting in a hard breach.
I had my account for less than 2 minutes.
I reached out to support to see if they could help me and their response was 'that was a trader error, be more careful next time'.
Very disappointing not offering any help at all and having such poor spreads on their platform.

Doing the adventure challenge is definitely challenging, but the rules are fair and the customer support is excellent. I just wish they would add MT4/MT5 for non-US residents, or copy trading from meta trader to their platforms (since they allow EAs and HFT).
Match trader is great for manual trading though, no commissions and almost no spread (like 1 pip). All in all, I give PTB 4 stars. If they added meta trader, they would truly deserve 10/10 stars and be the best prop firm out there.
Edit: I just had to change my 4-star review to 5-star, because these people REALLY go out of their way to help you. Thank you Toby!!!

Passed the one step lightning easily! Thank you so much so far so good. Also wanted to mention their support team is amazing!! Any time I had questions and issue, they responded back in a timely manner and fixed it!

I was a little frustrated after passing the 100k challenge only to find an activation fee. I erroneously did something wrong with payment and ended up paying for another challenge. To my dismay, I reached out to Customer Service in What's App, and my agent, although a bit confused, sought out the error within my account. The person was patient and understood my frustrations. The problem was fixed. I'm now on the way to changing my financial future.

I just started with PTB. I am having a positive experience & the challenge options / rules are good. I am very interested in the adventure challenge & will purchase soon.
PTB experience has been excellent, is unfortunate I lost both the Two step challenge and the adventure challenge due to high leverage due to my mistake instead of entering 0.1 on NAS i entered 1.0 lot and forgot to check which blew my accounts which is entirely my fault! Customer care, pricing, spread are all amazing! Im hoping they stay for long.

I started with a smaller account and used the profits to enter the $100K challenge. It’s tough, but the fair rules keep me motivated. This feels like my chance to scale up!

I Give PTB five star with great thanks to support team for being so good and underatanding peopel. My account this week got stuck in setting and breached. When i explained to them and showed the evidence they have been genuine and reopened it instead of terminating it permanently. These peopel are trusted firm

The email transfer can still be worked on, the email arrives quickly only during business hours. I received my trading account. I will come back with 5 stars if everything goes well.
I failed my first challenge but learned so much from the experience. PTB’s reset option made it affordable to try again, and I finally passed. Their rules encourage discipline, which has made me a better trader overall.
I passed the challenge last month and have just requested my first withdrawal. The process so far has been smooth, and I’m impressed with the support. Fingers crossed everything goes as planned.
It's been 15 hours since I bought the fund account and I still haven't received any message with the login and password to the account. They took the money from the account. I even wrote to the support from the website and there is also no answer

PTB feels like it was designed by traders, for traders. No ridiculous restrictions, and the rules make sense. I passed the challenge on my first try and am now working toward scaling my account. Highly recommend it!
