Unsupported Countries – Important Notice for All Users

The following regions and countries are strictly unsupported on our piattaforma:

Do NOT create or operate an account

Accounts originating from unsupported countries and regions are automatically ineligible for activation, payouts, or continued use.

Do NOT use VPNs or VPS systems

Using VPNs, VPS, Proxies, or any method to mask or alter your real location is strictly prohibited.
This will result in:

• Account invalidation
• Loss of eligibility for payouts
• Permanent restriction from our services

Responsibility for purchases

If a user from an unsupported region purchases:

• A challenge
• An activation
• Any add-on
• Or buys an account through third-party sellers/websites

…it is 100% the user’s responsibility.

Unsupported-region users are not eligible for:

• Rimborsi
• Account transfers
• Payout reviews
• Exceptions of any kind

No exceptions – no manual overrides

Once an account is flagged for unsupported-region use, we cannot manually reverse or approve anything related to refunds, activations, or payouts.
