Can anyone get funded?
Yes. Any trader can take a PTB challenge and qualify for a funded account by reaching the profit target while staying within the drawdown limits. Regional restrictions may apply.
How quickly can I get funded?
With PTB's 1-Step challenge, you can pass as soon as you reach the profit target while respecting the risk limits. Some traders complete it in just a few trades. PTB also offers Instant Funded accounts for traders who want to start funded immediately.
Do I need to deposit my own capital?
No. PTB provides the trading capital. Your only cost is the challenge purchase, so you never need to deposit personal trading funds.
How often can I withdraw profits?
Payouts are on-demand, 24/7. Once a withdrawal request is approved, payouts are typically processed within 24–48 hours.
Do you accept crypto payments?
Yes. PTB accepts crypto for challenge purchases, and payouts can be issued in USDT on the TRC-20 network or through a Rise account.
What is the PTB Lightning split-payment model?
Lightning allows traders to start with a lower upfront cost. Instead of paying the full challenge price at once, you pay a smaller entry amount and only pay the activation fee after successfully passing the challenge, helping reduce upfront costs and making challenges more affordable.
Is there an activation fee?
Only the PTB Lightning plan includes an activation fee, which is paid only after you successfully pass the challenge. This applies to both CFD and Crypto accounts and is part of PTB's split-payment model to keep upfront costs lower.
Can traders from the United States join PTB?
Yes. US traders are welcome at PTB and can access our programs across our supported platforms, especially TradeLocker, as well as cTrader, Match-Trader, and DXtrade. The only exception is MT5-based accounts, which are unavailable to US residents due to platform restrictions.
Is there a time limit to pass the challenge?
No. Most PTB challenges do not have a time limit, allowing traders to progress at their own pace while respecting the trading rules. The only exception is the Adventure plan, which includes a time limit.
What happens after I pass the challenge?
Once you pass the challenge, you can activate your funded account, complete verification if required, and start trading for profit. Profits generated on funded accounts can be withdrawn through PTB's payout system.
What happens if I breach a challenge?
If the trading rules are breached (for example exceeding drawdown limits), the challenge account is closed. There are no additional financial obligations, and you never need to return funds. Traders can simply purchase a new challenge and try again.
